My laptop is really slow. Is it worth repairing?
Usually yes. If it still has a mechanical hard drive, moving to an SSD typically makes it feel like a new machine, for a fraction of the cost of replacing it. We will tell you if a machine is genuinely past it.
Can you recover files from a laptop that will not start?
In most cases yes, even when the machine itself is dead. Bring it in and we will assess the drive. Stop using it in the meantime, as repeated power-ups can make recovery harder.
Do you work on desktops as well?
Yes, desktops and all-in-ones as well as laptops. We can also upgrade a desktop to suit what you actually need.
